    Description

    Antique Penn Scale Cast Iron Counter scale, includes tray and 6 weights (see Pics).
    Mechanical scale manufactured by Penn Scale Manufacturing Company, Inc. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Penn began making mechanical scales in 1923. This scale appears to be an early version. The beam is made of brass. The scale is all cast iron construction. The white paint is original.
